Pediatric Office Ithaca, NY
About Us
Find a trusted pediatric office in Ithaca, NY at Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics. Our story begins in the years following World War II, when Drs. Davis and Kingsley opened their doors on East State Street. The practice grew and evolved over the decades: Dr. Davis moved to South Albany Street in the mid-1950s, Dr. Roger Perry joined in 1960, and Dr. L. Anthony Speno came aboard in 1963 — together building a foundation rooted in exceptional care for children and families.
That tradition is very much alive today, carried forward by a team that shares a genuine commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Dr. Amit Shrivastava has brought his dedication and expertise to the practice since 2022, while Kimberly Welch, MSN, PNP, remains a trusted guide for families navigating newborn care and lactation. In December 2024, we welcomed Wali M. Ahmadzai, PA — a Le Moyne College honors graduate with an M.D. from Afghanistan and fluency in English, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, and Urdu — whose clinical depth and multilingual abilities help us connect with and serve an even broader range of families. Whether you're in Ithaca or Cortland, we'd be honored to welcome you to our pediatric practice.
