Pediatrician Cortland, NY

About Us

Looking for a pediatrician in Cortland, NY? Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics has been a trusted part of the Ithaca community for generations and is proud to now serve families at our pediatric office in Cortland, NY. Our roots date back to the post–World War II era, when Drs. Davis and Kingsley first opened their practice on East State Street. By the mid-1950s, Dr. Davis relocated to South Albany Street, where Dr. Roger Perry joined in 1960, followed by Dr. L. Anthony Speno in 1963—establishing the foundation of a legacy built on exceptional pediatric care.

Today, that tradition continues with pediatrician Dr. Amit Shrivastava, who joined the practice in 2022, alongside Kimberly Welch, MSN, PNP, known for her expertise in newborn and lactation care. In December 2024, the team welcomed Wali M. Ahmadzai, PA, a Le Moyne College honors graduate with an M.D. from Afghanistan, who brings strong clinical experience and multilingual fluency in English, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, and Urdu.

United by a shared commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, the providers at Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics are honored to serve families throughout Ithaca and Cortland—and we look forward to welcoming your family as part of our community.
